Performance-based Fire Engineering

Preparation of Fire Engineering documentation for project stakeholder agreement and discussion with fire brigade or Authority Having Jurisdiction.

Complex Computer Modelling
Risk Assessment
We resolve complex fire engineering challenges through the use of advanced computer modelling such as Fire Dynamic Simulator (FDS), Zone modelling (CFAST, B-Risk), and Occupant Evacuation modelling (Pathfinder).
We carry out comprehensive Risk Assessments via site or desktop reviews, and provide clients with solutions to mitigate the identified risk(s). This includes non-conforming product assessments.
Peer Review
We undertake independent third-party peer reviews for regulatory compliance, value engineering and risk management purposes.
Existing Building Reviews
We conduct site reviews and assess existing building's documentation, including any existing fire engineered solutions to confirm compliance with the Performance Requirements.
Management-In-Use
We prepare Management-In-Use (MIU) documentation to the requirements of a Fire Engineering Report.
