Spectra Fire Engineers was founded by Sebastian Le Roux who has many years' of experience as a Fire Safety Engineer. He brings with him a wealth of project experience in stakeholder negotiations and development fire safety strategies across the world.
Sebastian's collaborative approach with project stakeholders coupled with his knowledge on building codes, standards and building services design, allows him to provide practical fire engineering solutions across various types of developments.

Sebastian is a registered Fire Safety Engineer in Australia and have built excellent relationships with clients, architects, project managers, consultants, contractors and approval authorities.
Neelesh Chandiran

Director
Neelesh is a registered Fire Safety Engineer with 13 years' of experience in Australia developing performance-based fire engineering strategies for a variety of building types. These include large commercial developments, residential complexes, retail centers, healthcare facilities, aged care facilities, schools, universities, airports, aircraft hangars, factories and warehouses.
Neelesh's wealth of experience has given him a sound understanding of fire engineering design principles, building regulations and fire protection systems, which enables him to provide comprehensive and detailed strategic advice to formulate cost effective and safe fire engineering design solutions.

Over the years, Neelesh has built great relationship with property developers, building certifiers, architects, project managers, builders, contractors and the approval authorities.

Dirk is a nationally accredited fire safety and mechanical engineer with a proven track record of managing and leading a team of fire safety engineers.

Having successfully delivered fire engineering services on construction projects internationally in countries including the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, Ireland, and Qatar; Dirk brings global fire safety knowledge and a broad perspective to his work.

As a proactive and highly collaborative fire safety engineer, Dirk excels in partnering closely with project teams to ensure successful outcomes and utmost client satisfaction.
